From a manuscript of the Razmnama manuscript made in the Imperial atelier in 1598 A.D. The Razmnama is a Persian translation of the Hindu epic, the Mahabharata, commissioned by the Mughal Emperor Akbar. It translates to "Book of War" in Persian. The translation was part of Akbar's efforts to promote understanding and cultural exchange between Hindu and Muslim communities within his empire.
