نثار شاه جهان باد شاه غازی
Har kuja zarast Jahan buwad Abadi
Nisar Shahjahan Badshah Ghazi
(Wherever the gold is, the world becomes prosperous, (by) the Nisar of Shahjahan Badshah Ghazi)
The mint-name occurs below the obverse legend as 'Zarb Akbarabad', only partially visible here. Similarly, the AH date is at the bottom of the reverse and only small bits of ...42' can be made out.
It seems the practice of composing special couplets to appear on Nisars was a novelty instituted by Shajahan. There are two other couplets - 'Pur Nur' for a half rupee Nisar and 'Sar Afrazi' for a quarter rupee Nisar in the name of 'Khurram' known before this new couplet has come to light.
